Pendryl General Enterprises, operating as Pendryl General Store & Pizza Parlour (“Pendryl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides food, beverages, in-store services, and community events from our location at Range Road 53, West of AB-13, Winfield, Alberta T0C 2X0.

“You” refers to any customer, website visitor, or individual interacting with our services, whether online or in person.

Refunds & Order Issues

Because our items are made fresh, refunds are considered case-by-case if there is an error or quality issue.

4. Allergies & Food Safety

We operate a kitchen that uses dairy, wheat, eggs, meat, and other common allergens.
While we take care preparing each order, cross-contamination may occur.
